Cucumber Hummus Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 raw organic coconut meat wraps
- 1 organic cucumber
- 2 tablespoons organic hummus
- Dask of pink Himalayan sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and cut cucumber in half.
- Stand cucumber up and slice cucumber long ways horizontal and vertical.
- Spread hummus on the wrap and place sliced cucumber on top.
- Dash with salt.
- Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
