Cucumber Hummus Wraps

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 raw organic coconut meat wraps
  • 1 organic cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons organic hummus
  • Dask of pink Himalayan sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Peel and cut cucumber in half.
  2. Stand cucumber up and slice cucumber long ways horizontal and vertical.
  3. Spread hummus on the wrap and place sliced cucumber on top.
  4. Dash with salt.
  5. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
