Crockpot Soups
Classic Chicken Soup
Combine all ingredients in crockpot to desired temperature
(make sure chicken is cooked through)
1-2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
32oz chicken broth
15-20 carrots
2 onions
1 head celery
1 bunch parsley
1 quarter-size piece grated ginger root
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Miso Immunity Soup
Combine all ingredients in crockpot to desired temperature
(make sure chicken is cooked through)
1 package chicken thighs
32oz chicken broth
4 tbsp miso paste (chickpea or soybean)
1 head of cauliflower
1 pack of kale
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups shiitake mushrooms
