Bone Broth Smoothie (High Calorie Version)
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Almond milk (our best recommendation is MALK)
- ½ cup Pecan milk (our best recommendation is MALK)
- 2 tablespoons Udo’s Oil
- 5 shakes of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Bone Broth (chocolate can be used)
- 3 tablespoons of Almond butter (Raw Brand from Trader Joe’s)
- ¼ Avocado (organic)
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend on high setting for 30 seconds
- Add 1 handful of raw walnuts & use a pulsed setting in blender to crush walnuts
