Bone Broth Smoothie (High Calorie Version)

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Almond milk (our best recommendation is MALK)
  • ½ cup Pecan milk (our best recommendation is MALK)
  • 2 tablespoons Udo’s Oil
  • 5 shakes of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Bone Broth (chocolate can be used)
  • 3 tablespoons of Almond butter (Raw Brand from Trader Joe’s)
  • ¼ Avocado (organic)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend on high setting for 30 seconds
  2. Add 1 handful of raw walnuts & use a pulsed setting in blender to crush walnuts
