Grilled Balsamic Glazed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 portobello mushrooms (stems removed)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar (NO sugar added)
- fresh basil, to serve
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Place the mushrooms in a marinating container.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and generously season to taste.
- Pour the balsamic sauce over the mushrooms and marinate 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the mushrooms 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with fresh basil.
